If you would like to amend details to your order, make a cancellation, exchange or refund, please contact us by email

Once your email or correspondence has been acknowledged, please return your good(s) by Registered Post with their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once we have received the retuned item and we will refund the cost of the good(s).

A registered post label must be attached to the delivery. Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office. 

Please note all items must be returned as new, unworn. Your item must be returned in its original packaging. 

We regret that we do not refund outgoing postage, refunds will be made for the cost of the item only.

Payment Methods, Taxes & Shipping Returns

All prices are displayed in € Euro and include the local VAT at the current rate. However prices are exclusive of posting & packaging costs. The payment service accepts PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Visa Debit.

We charge you for your order in € Euro . The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

All prices displayed are also excluding import duties. Please note that customers outside of the European Union may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes as levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you are unsure about whether these duties would be applied, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Stock permitting, we aim to despatch all good(s) quickly, but please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Any product not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.
