Wisteria Navy & Sherbet Yellow

Wisteria Navy & Sherbet Yellow

Travel Diary: Mount Usher Gardens, Wicklow, Ireland. 2 May 2016.

"What a wonderful visit to the Mount Usher gardens in Wicklow. So peacefully picturesque! While ambling through the tree-lined pathways my eye was drawn to some heavy stems of lilac wisteria that were climbing a stone walled cottage gable. Intertwined like giant beanstalks around the doorway and window frame of the sleepy structure, the stems and flowers created a wonderful pattern in sherbet yellow and cornflower blue."
