Shipping And Returns

If you would like to amend details to your order, make a cancellation, exchange or refund, please contact us by email at debbiemillingtonscarves@gmail.com. Once your email or correspondence has been acknowledged we will send you a return address. Please return your good(s) by Registered Post with their original packaging and in perfect condition within 10 days of receiving them. If the returned item is deemed to be undamaged, unsoiled and unworn and in perfect condition, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and we will refund the cost of the item(s) purchased. A Registered Post label must be attached to the delivery. Please make sure that you receive a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office or courier. Please note all items must be returned as new, unworn and returned in its original packaging. We regret that we do not refund outgoing or incoming postage, refunds will be made for the cost of the item only. Returns from UK From 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the EU. Due to Brexit, it is no longer possible to return items directly to Ireland without incurring substantial customs charges. Therefore if you do wish to return, please contact us to receive details on this returns process.

We offer Free Delivery throughout Ireland and the EU. We will personally package and gift wrap your order as they are being sent out, using an An Post postal service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. 

UK and Worldwide International shipping charges will be applied and calculated according to weight and destination of your parcel. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery. There are four zones listed on our website to calculate shipping costs.

All prices are displayed in € Euro and include the local VAT at the current rate. The Stripe online payment service accepts PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Apple Pay and AMEX. We charge you for your order in € Euro . The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. All prices displayed are excluding import duties. Please note that customers outside of the European Union may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes as levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you are unsure about whether these duties would be applied, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all good(s) quickly within the same week, but please allow up to 30 days for delivery if the item is not currently in stock. Any product not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.
